Through the form on this site we receive your name, phone number, optionally an email address, the request parameters you select and your comment. The time of submission is recorded.

Why

The data is used only to answer your request and to select properties. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Who sees it

Requests arrive in a private internal chat for LEVEL UP + managers. Access is limited to staff who work with clients.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier by email.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses browser local storage only to remember your chosen language. No third party advertising trackers are installed.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
